Working together for a greener service
The work involved 21 Green Teams across Prosper Group. The teams have supported improvements in energy use, waste, water, sustainable travel and biodiversity.
A particularly important part of the work is disability-inclusive climate action. This means people supported by Prosper can understand, influence and take part in environmental projects.
Support and partnership
The HSE Sustainable Infrastructure Office and the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland provided guidance and support for the programme.
The award belongs to the people supported by Prosper, staff members and partners who helped turn ideas into everyday action.
