In March 2022, Prosper Fingal celebrated the opening of the Obelisk day service in Skerries and Ballustree Lodge, a residential community home in Rush.

The two developments increased local day and residential supports for adults with an intellectual disability.
The Obelisk day service
The Obelisk is a purpose-built, universally designed centre in the heart of Skerries. Its town-centre location supports participation in everyday community life.
The development was supported by the HSE and by people and organisations in the local community.
Ballustree Lodge
Ballustree Lodge is a residential community house in Rush. It provides a permanent home for five adults and operates in line with residential standards.
The home was developed through collaboration between Prosper Fingal, the HSE and Fingal County Council.
